Coventry Compact

The Coventry Compact was first developed in 2000 and 2001 - the original codes are attached, but are now out of date.

A full review is currently underway, with materials around commissioning currently being drafted. A new code on procurement and contracting was launched on 25 April 2008 and is now live.

The Coventry Partnership Guide to Partnership Working was developed and launched in 2007. This sets out standards for effective meetings within Coventry Partnership, but can be used in other contexts as well to make meetings more focused, effective and participative.
